Terms and Conditions

No outside food and beverages are allowed without prior approval from management.

Bowling shoes must be worn while bowling. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the approaches or lanes.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere inside Heritage Lanes for any reason. Please stay 5 metres away from all entrances/exits while smoking.

We reserve the right to refuse service and remove anyone from the facility which we reasonably believe threatens the safety of personnel or guests or causes damage to our facilities, including activity pertaining to: concealed weapons, intoxication, dress code violations, health/security, illegal drug activity, and/or any activity that violates federal, state, provincial or local laws. Other local restrictions and facility house rules may apply. 

We assume no responsibility for damages or loss of personal items such as clothes or other private property like cell phones, wallets, cash, etc. 

Crossing the foul line of the lanes is strictly forbidden due to the risk of falling. The first third of the lanes is oiled – slip hazard! We assume no liability for damages or personal injury caused by non-compliance of this rule. 

In case of unpunctuality, your reservation will be canceled 15 minutes after the originally booked start time. 

Children under the age of 14 cannot be left unattended in the bowling center. The operator assumes no liability for damages or personal injury caused by negligent supervision of children by their parents or guardian.

You are responsible for any and all damages, losses, claims and liability arising out of or related to your or your guests’ use of the facilities, equipment and services, or related to your event, including property damage or personal injury arising therefrom, and will release, indemnify and hold us harmless from damages, losses, claims and liability resulting therefrom (other than claims caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct).
