FUND RAISING LEAGUE

Our Organization Fundraiser League (OFL) is designed to help local organization raise funds for their group at the same time enjoy a social night of bowling with family and friends.

Fundraiser Leagues can start anytime throughout the year.

Heritage Lanes is offering local organizations the bowling lanes for a cost of $450 per night...no matter how many bowlers in the league.

Each group can decide how many weeks their league would like to run with a minimum of 16 weeks required.  The more weeks the league runs, the more money your organization can raise.  See examples of the amount your can raise below. 

There is no better way to raise funds for your organization while enjoying a night out with family and friends.

What is Involved?

Heritage Lanes will provide,

• Ten bowling lanes for up to 50 bowlers for a weekly cost of $175 (double the number of lanes, 100 bowlers for only $325 per week).

• Three games are bowled each week.

• We do all the secretarial work and set up.

• We will help you set up the league and if you need promotional flyers we can help design it.

• We also have a finger food menu, licensed lounge with satellite T.V.'s, pool table and video games.

You provide,

• The bowlers.  Include your family, friends and others with association to your organization.

• The more bowlers you have the greater the money that you can raise.

• Treasury responsibility for your league and fund collection.

What more is available?

• If you would like a year end banquet and/or prizes, then you can collect a set amount each week.

• If you ran a 50/50 draw, your group could raise more money.

How much money can your raise?

By charging each bowler $10.00 per week, with the weekly lane rental of $450.00

Over a season, 50/50 draws could raise an additional $1,500.00
